• Seeds were mutagenized using the approach mentioned in Addo-Quaye et al. 2018
• Sequencing was performed using Illumina NGS paired-end sequencing.
• SNPs Calling was performed using SAMtools and sorghum reference genome version 3.1
• SNP effect annotation was performed using snpEff tool.
• SIFT analysis performed using SIFT4G algorithm.
